This year, young voters turned out at historic levels in 2022 and decided the margin of victory for several key races across the country. While we are supporting ballot curing in uncalled districts and organizing for runoffs, we are also clear-eyed that mobilizing for 2024 starts now - that’s why we need your help! [[link removed]]
Today, we are launching 2024 Starts Now [[link removed]] because organizing new, young voters takes time and resources, and we can not afford to wait. Will you rush us a commitment so we can keep up our work in between elections?
In 2024, Millennials and Gen Z will comprise over 44% of the electorate with approximately 8 million young people turning 18 and becoming eligible to vote between now and November 5, 2024. To put things in perspective, the 2020 Presidential Election was decided by roughly 7 million votes.
