Exactly one year ago today, I again took an oath to support and defend the Constitution; to put our democracy first; and to faithfully perform my duties set before me as your representative, no matter the challenges that could lay ahead.

Now, as we kick off the new year, I continue to proudly serve our great state, our democracy, and you, John.

I want to say thank you - whether you donated, signed a petition, or talked to a friend about the important work happening in the other Washington and here at home. Thanks to your support, I am able to keep fighting for change in Congress and working to defend the majority, every single day.

John, next week is the start of the 116th Congress' second session, and I'm happy to share that last month, our campaign met our end-of-year goal to help us start this session - and 2020 - strong.

The road ahead won't be easy, but I know if we keep up this momentum, we can defend the majority in the House, take back the Senate, and enact the progress we've been fighting for in 2020.
