Dear Friend, It all started on a cold New York day – December 3, 1962. Alarmed about the harms of pornography, a group of concerned citizens launched a grassroots effort to stop its destructive influence on their children and community. Those courageous individuals launched a movement that day that would eventually transform thousands of lives and protect millions of men, women, and children from sexual abuse and exploitation. That movement would lead to what would eventually become the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE). For 60 years, NCOSE has been an advocate for human dignity, a voice for those who have suffered sexual abuse and exploitation, and a driver of personal and cultural change. But even as we celebrate 60 years of success, we have only started. There is much more work that needs to be done if we are to create a world where all can live and love free of sexual abuse and exploitation. That is where you can play a part. You can help make NCOSE an even stronger voice for human dignity. Your tax-deductible gift enables us to continue to stand for those who cannot stand for themselves as every dollar you give will expose, combat, and prevent the pernicious practices of those who exploit other human beings for personal pleasure and profit. Thanks to your partnership with us, we are demanding and creating change through lawsuits, research, and advocacy. The biggest corporate abusers and profiteers from sexual exploitation are taking note and running scared. To help us create a brighter future for all, would you consider a gift of $60, $600, or even $6,000 to celebrate this major milestone and help us to stand strong for another 60 years? |
