Upcoming Housing Funding Opportunity

Skagit County and the Skagit HOME Consortium will release the 2023 HOME Housing Development Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) in December, 2022. Total available funding for housing development activities in Skagit, Island, and Whatcom counties is estimated to exceed $1.2 million.
