It’s Monday and that means it’s time to check out what’s going on the with the Second Amendment – in the Golden State and beyond.  We’d sure like to provide an update on the winners and losers in California – pretty reasonable for 6 days past the actual election – but for some unknown reason (it’s called inefficiency) there are still too many races with ballots yet to be counted.  We may be at the epicenter of technology, but we surely fall flat when it comes to counting.

In case you missed our email blast about the terrific news that came out of New York last week, read about it below!  The CCW law in New York – which mirrors what the legislature attempted yet failed to do here in California with regard to CCW permits and “sensitive places” – was ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL in a federal district court.  This is terrific news – and one that we will be able to build on with other current legal challenges.
