This is our chance to stop bottled water giant BlueTriton from draining water out of the drought-stricken San Bernardino National Park by the end of the year.

John,

Our country is running out of water. And while many of us have taken drastic measures to conserve this vital resource, bottled water giant BlueTriton has been draining over 50 million gallons of water a year from the San Bernardino National Forest.

But the California Water Board is about to make a ruling that could force BlueTriton to reduce its operations by 95%.

If enough people speak out now in favor of protecting this precious water source, it will give the Board the courage to stand up to BlueTriton and its team of lawyers.

Act now to tell the CA Water Board to protect our water and say ‘no’ to BlueTriton.

We have been fighting BlueTriton – formerly known as Nestlé Waters North America – for nearly a decade. If the CA Water Board rules in our favor, the ripple effect would be felt in communities across North America who are trying to protect their water from BlueTriton’s greed.

In April 2021, California water officials gave BlueTriton a draft cease-and-desist order. Instead of complying with the order, BlueTriton sent in their lawyers who have spent the last year and half challenging it using various legal maneuverings. And all the while, the company has continued draining out tens of millions of gallons of water to sell in Arrowhead bottles.

Sign the petition to tell the CA Water Board to stop BlueTriton from draining the San Bernardino National Park’s water supply.
