Justice Democrats

John,

From the beginning, we’ve been laser-focused on electing new kinds of leaders. Diverse, committed leaders who would put people ahead of profits, and bold policies ahead of career politics.

That’s why every Justice Democrat we elect makes a difference, like:

🎉 Summer Lee: a community organizer from Pittsburgh who became the first Black woman to represent Southwestern Pennsylvania in the state legislature

🎉 Greg Casar: a labor organizer and son of Mexican immigrants who successfully fought for city-wide progressive policies in Austin

🎉 AOC: a working-class bartender in Queens who was supporting her family while paying off student debt

🎉 Cori Bush: an ordained pastor, registered nurse, and frontline activist who was raising 2 kids as a single mother in St. Louis

🎉 Jamaal Bowman: a public middle-school principal who was advocating for trauma-informed education for young people across New York state

In just 4 years, we’ve helped elect progressives over and over who challenge politics as usual. It’s clear the work is worth it, but it takes serious time and resources — can you chip in so we can maintain our winning momentum?

Contribute

Right now, almost half of all members of Congress are millionaires. Over three quarters, or 77%, of all members of Congress are white. 473 members of Congress accept donations from corporate PACs.

That’s why we’re proud to send the entire Squad AND Greg and Summer to Congress. We believe that our elected officials should actually understand and relate to the communities they represent — and prioritize regular, working people over corporate interests.

For that reason, we challenge the status quo in politics. That scares the Democratic establishment, and it shows. It shows in their efforts to cling on to the past and support entrenched incumbents instead of embracing the change the Democratic Party needs.

But cycle after cycle, we keep winning — because ours is the way forward. Our candidates are fierce, caring, determined, and loyal to the people, not the money. That’s why our resources can make or break their races.

We rely on grassroots fundraising, which means your donation always has and always will make a real difference for our work. So John — will you invest in our work as we support our newest Justice Democrats?

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
