Like our ancestors who fought
for freedom and justice before us, we rose up in this election to
fight for a better future.
Here’s
what we did together ⬇️
Friend,
Over the weekend we got the incredible news that we
successfully locked in a Democratic Senate majority!
Turnout made the difference in this 2022 election. And this year,
Bend the Arc members contributed to races and ballot measures in
9 states — Georgia, Wisconsin, North Carolina,
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Maryland, New York, and Illinois.
Thank you for doing the hard work of cultivating love and hope,
organizing neighbors, and building power to defeat the threats facing
our vision of a multiracial democracy.
This email includes our numbers and stories from this
election, but because of the Georgia runoff, we’re still not done: Chip
in $18 today to help mobilize Georgia voters for the December 6
runoff, and strengthen our Democratic majority.
Story time! Bend the Arc leaders
around the country fought for every vote — knocking doors, texting and
calling voters, writing postcards, and more in key states:
💪 Over
700 volunteer shifts filled 🚪 Thousands doors knocked ☎️
Thousands of calls made 📱 Over 100,000 texts sent ❤️

IN NORTH CAROLINA
“Bend the Arc volunteers helped us contact
nearly one quarter of the electorate in Durham. They let tens of
thousands of Durham voters know about the importance of voting for
Cheri Beasley for U.S. Senate. Partnering with Bend the Arc [was] a
key difference maker for increasing voter turnout in Durham and
pushing our candidates to victory.”

IN NEW YORK
“In Riverdale, our chapter collaborated
with our partners at Unity Democratic Club to organize canvasses and
phonebanks for Pat Ryan (NY-18). In all, we knocked on 1,200 doors and
made 1,100 calls to voters.
With Ryan’s slim victory margin of
less than 1%, we’re confident and proud that we made a notable
difference in the election!”

We also endorsed candidates who
share our values and supported them with critical
resources.
Bend the Arc Jewish Action PAC
endorsed 48 candidates, including 21 candidates in competitive
races.
Of the 42 races that
have been called so far, we know that we successfully helped defend 35
seats and flip 3 seats.
With support from people like
you, our PAC raised nearly $500,000 for candidates this election
cycle, including more than $25,000 in small-dollar donations. These
resources helped our endorsees staff campaigns, train volunteers, run
ads, and fight for every vote.
IN PENNSYLVANIA
“Bend the Arc's PAC endorsed my campaign,
and it made a huge difference. Without the help of Bend the Arc and
the coalition of organizations and people who came together alongside
me, I might not have won."

Josh Shapiro.
Your volunteer hours, donations, and support powered this
work, Friend — thank you.
Our next step is critical: mobilizing Georgia voters
ahead of the December runoff to grow our Democratic
majority.
We’ve seen in this election that MAGA Republicans continue to
rig the rules in their favor, silence voters, spread disinformation,
and sow fear and division — and we’ll see even more of that in the
Georgia Senate runoff. It’s more important than ever that we do
everything we can to keep Sen. Rev. Raphael Warnock in the Senate.
Donate
$18 to Bend the Arc’s “Jews for a New Senate” emergency fund for the
Georgia runoff — and help ensure that we can override the Manchin veto
in the next Senate.
The finish line is in sight,
