Dear ACLU Supporter,

We're writing to invite you to participate in a Smart Justice Lobby Day at the Wisconsin State Capitol Building on Wednesday, January 29.

Please join us as we meet face-to-face with our elected officials and insist that they support criminal justice reform. You can share your stories, come together with other Wisconsinites, and show lawmakers that improving our criminal justice system can't wait.

Wisconsin is stronger and safer when we invest in people, not prisons, and when people can lead productive lives in the community instead of being locked in a cage or trapped in a cycle of incarceration.

It is no secret that Wisconsin's criminal justice system is badly broken. We have heard from and worked with thousands of you across the state who have told us the same thing. And now, it's time we demand that our representatives in Madison finally listen. Hope to see you all there!
