There is not enough food or clean water.
Hospitals in eastern Ukraine are running out of medicine.
And millions of people could be left with no way to heat their homes as temperatures plunge below freezing.

In mere months Ukraine became the fastest and largest displacement crisis this century.
Now, ongoing attacks on civilian infrastructure have left millions of people who have remained in or returned to Ukraine without essentials for survival.
Your emergency gift to the IRC can help provide:
Health care and supplies. The IRC is helping health facilities stay stocked with supplies, equipment and medication. The IRC is also supporting mobile health teams in Odessa and Dnipro oblasts.
Cash assistance. People in crisis know best what their families need. Direct cash payments have proven to be one of the most effective ways to help them survive when there is still the opportunity to shop locally.
Winter survival aid. Millions of people in Ukraine don't have access to gas or electricity, leaving them with no way to heat their homes as winter sets in. In addition to cash, the IRC is distributing stoves and thermal blankets to help families survive temperatures that could drop to -5 degrees.
It's essential we reach as many people as possible before the heavy snows and harsh temperatures set in. Please don't wait to rush an urgent donation: [link removed]
Thank you for your ongoing generous support.
