NORML fights for cannabis consumers
NORML

John,

We’re writing you today with important news. Just days after our Election Day victories in Maryland and Missouri, NORML is taking its legalization message to the halls of Congress.

On Tuesday, NORML Deputy Director Paul Armentano will be testifying before members of the House Oversight Committee, Subcommittee on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties at a hearing entitled, “Developments in State Cannabis Laws and Bipartisan Cannabis Reforms at the Federal Level.”

Paul will discuss the growing divide between state and federal cannabis laws and explain that Congress can only remedy this situation by removing cannabis from the US Controlled Substances Act.

This is an extremely unique and important opportunity. NORML will be bringing its consumer-advocacy message to those who need to hear it most: our federally elected officials.

You can watch the action unfold live on YouTube.
