Orange County Republicans,

The 2020 election is now only two months away! In case you haven't yet heard, I wanted to give you a summary of the changes that are coming to Orange County's Elections. Starting this year:
* Every registered voter will be sent a mail-in voter ballot. Ballots will be mailed out beginning on Monday, February 3rd.
* Voters can choose to mail-in their ballot, drop it off at a drop box location, or vote in person at a "Vote Center."
* As opposed to traditional polling places, Vote Centers are larger, more centralized locations where voting will be much more streamlined.
* Vote Centers will not just be open on Election Day. Vote Centers will be opening throughout the county beginning on Saturday, February 22nd and remain open through election day, Tuesday, March 3rd.

In an effort to prepare voters for the debut of Vote Centers, the Orange County Registrar of Voters will be hosting a mock election on Tuesday January 7th. This is a great opportunity for voters to get accustomed to our new way of voting, and their friendly staff will be on hand to address any questions or concerns that you might have. For more information, you can review the flyer below, or call the Orange County Registrar of Voters at 714-567-7600.

Lastly, the deadline to register to vote is February 17th. If you are unsure of your voter registration status, click HERE ([link removed]) to verify that you are registered Republican. If you are not yet registered to vote, you can click the button below to complete your registration.

REMINDER: While all registered voters will be able to vote for their choice of candidate for Congress, Supervisor, Senator, Assemblyman, and all local offices in this Primary Election, only registered Republicans can cast their ballot for the Republican Nominee for President this March. If you are not a registered Republican and would like to vote in the Republican Presidential Primary you will need to reregister as a Republican.

Sincerely,
Randall Avila
Executive Director, Republican Party of Orange County

P.S. If you have any questions about the transition and the Republican Party's role in the process please feel free to contact us at (714) 453-0900.
