Speaking at Monday’s Liberty Medal Ceremony, U.S. Senator Chris Coons discussed traveling to Ukraine to meet with President Zelenskyy and presenting the medal to him alongside U.S. Senator Rob Portman. The ceremony also featured remarks from journalist Jane Ferguson, the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Philadelphia Iryna Mazur, and columnist George F. Will.
