Raphael Warnock still has MILLIONS in the bank to reach voters in the runoff election, so he hit the ground running the morning after Election Day. However, my campaign is running on empty. The only way we can WIN THIS RACE is by building up our advertising budget ASAP. This race is critical not only to Georgia but the ENTIRE COUNTRY.
