John! We just added a MAJOR statewide victory. Nevadans said
YES to Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) and open primaries.

This major win caps off a historic election for RCV and for our movement.
In fact, RCV won almost everywhere that it was on the ballot, sending a
clear message that voters have had enough of party insiders and special
interests running our government. Voters want politicians to be
accountable to us – the people.

But our work isn’t over. While this is a huge win, the measure has to pass
again in 2024 before it becomes official. [ [link removed] ]Join us next Tuesday,
November 15 for a discussion about where we go from here, and how you can
help.

John, it’s a good day for democracy. Results from the midterms
are rolling in, our movement has racked up another EIGHT victories in
cities and states across the country – and we’re still counting! That
makes our 2022 win count more than a dozen!

These victories will impact millions of Americans and leave a massive mark
on the future of our country. Check out the list below, and join me and
state campaign leaders for a discussion about the impact of these wins and
how we dramatically scale up from here. [ [link removed] ]RSVP now for next Tuesday,
November 15 at 7pm ET / 4pm PT.

* Big wins to fix our broken elections with Ranked Choice Voting (RCV):
Hundreds of thousands more Americans will have better representation
and more accountability from their elected officials. No longer will
voters have to choose between the lesser of two evils. Among the
places saying YES to RCV are Portland, Oregon; Evanston, Illinois; and
Fort Collins, Colorado.
* Putting an end to dark money: No one should be able to spend unlimited
dark money to buy elections and then hide it from voters. In Arizona
and Oakland, California, voters took power away from dark-monied
special interests and put it in the hands of voters – where it
belongs.
* Protecting the power of hundreds of thousands of voters: Voters have
been so successful at passing laws that take power away from corrupt
politicians that the political establishment is scheming to stop us.
State lawmakers in Arkansas tried to trick voters into making the
ballot initiative process harder to use. But Arkansans said loudly and
clearly that voters should be the most powerful voice in government by
defeating Amendment 2.
* We’re waiting on official results on Nevada’s massive Final Five
Voting campaign. It’s trending in the right direction, but it may be a
couple of days before we know.

RepresentUs members across the country are making our government more
accountable and transparent one victory at a time. We are so proud of the
progress we’ve made as a movement – and it's all thanks to the hard work
of our partners, volunteers, and donors… that's you!

[ [link removed] ]I hope you’ll join me and state campaign leaders next Tuesday for a
discussion about how these victories will impact millions of Americans,
how corrupt politicians are scheming to fight back, and how you can get
involved in the movement's plans for 2023.

City-by-city, state-by-state, we are fixing our broken government. I am so
proud of what our movement has built and what we’ve been able to
accomplish together these past 10 years. In the face of mounting attacks
on democracy, our movement keeps winning. We have a long road ahead, but
every single victory matters, and together, they show how powerful we
really are.

With gratitude for all you do,
