I hope everyone had a great week. I am honored to keep serving Arizona’s Fifth Congressional District and look forward to implementing my America First Contract in the 118th Congress.
Read below to see what I’ve been working on this week!
Veterans Day Appreciation
Today marks Veterans Day and I cannot express enough my appreciation and respect for veterans and their families across America.
Veterans have made countless sacrifices in order to defend our freedoms. These are American heroes who deserve our support and we will forever be in their debt.
I will continue to advocate for legislation to ensure that our veterans receive the care that they deserve and their overall needs are met.
Forum on COVID-19 Truth and Accountability
This week, I participated in a forum hosted by Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) to evaluate the initial response to the COVID pandemic, medical censorship, vaccine mandates, and plans to address future pandemics.
Dr. Scott Atlas, Former Special Advisor to President Trump and Member of White House Coronavirus Task Force, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Professor of Medicine at Stanford University, and Dr. Martin Kulldorff, epidemiologist and professor at Harvard University Department of Medicine, and I discussed policies that would prevent our nation from ever having to return to the tyranny we saw under the Biden Administration and Dr. Fauci.

Yuma Border Tour
I traveled to the Yuma-Mexico border in the wee hours of the night to better survey Biden’s Border Crisis. Within minutes of my arrival, I saw hundreds of illegal aliens pour across the border. In this specific sector, Border Patrol agents have encountered individuals from 100+ countries and 15+ special interest countries this year. The border continues to be a mess under the Biden Administration. In the upcoming 118th Congress, I will continue to fight to make sure our border gets secured and illegal immigration declines.
Some of my legislation proposing solutions can be found below:
H.Res.582, Impeaching Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security, for high crimes and misdemeanors.
I’d like to thank Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines for joining me on the border and offering excellent insight.
House Rules and Process Changes for the 118th Congress Forum
On Monday, I will lead a forum on House and GOP Conference rules for the 118th Congress. The forum will examine proposals and discuss what rules changes should be implemented. Four expert witnesses will provide testimony. The forum will feature more than a dozen prominent House Republican lawmakers.
Letter to Energy Secretary Granholm on the Department of Energy’s work to accelerate nuclear fuel reprocessing and recycling.
My America First Contract
Now that the midterm elections are over, House Republicans will need to immediately reverse the Democrats’ disastrous policies to get our country back in good shape come January.
My America First Contract is an outline to reduce inflation and strengthen the economy, secure our border, restore transparency and parental choice in education, reduce violent crime and preserve the rule of law, restore election integrity, break up Big Tech, put America First in foreign, energy, and trade policies, and reinstate good government practices.
In addition to achieving these eight goals, the plan calls on conducting enhanced oversight and using available leverages to stop the abuse of power from President Biden in 2023. I will introduce legislation supporting each area of the plan within the first 100 days of the next Congressional term and will work with my colleagues to bring that legislation up for consideration in the House.
I recently released my new border documentary titled Alien Invasion. The 30-minute documentary features footage from private ranches along the border, the Darien Gap in Panama, and interviews with members of Congress, Border Patrol, local and state law enforcement, and much more. It addresses how President Biden’s border crisis began, its consequences, and solutions to address the crisis.
I joined Fox Business’ Stuart Varney to discuss election integrity across the nation amid the 2022 midterm elections. I discussed how in Maricopa County, nearly one-third of voting machines malfunctioned on election day. Click below to watch.
I joined Newsmax’s Rob Finnerty to provide my instant reactions to the midterm chaos in Arizona and why election integrity remains a significant problem in my state. Click below to watch some of the segment.
I joined KFYI-AM’s (Phoenix, AZ) James T. Harris to discuss election integrity in Arizona and how the state still has many problems to address after the 2022 midterm elections. Click below to hear some of the segment.
What’s the BIGGS Idea? podcast w/ Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya
Yesterday, Dr. Jayanta Bhaattacharya joined the “What’s the BIGGS Idea?” podcast. Dr. Bhattacharya is a professor of medicine at Stanford University, a research associate at the National Bureau of Economics Research, a senior fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, and at the Stanford Freeman Spogli Institute. Recently, True the Vote leaders Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips were thrown in jail for refusing to give up a confidential source that helped them expose serious election crimes in Dinesh D’Souza’s 2,000 Mules documentary.
They were released from jail this week, but their initial imprisonment can only be described as unjust. These American patriots became political prisoners for merely promoting free and fair elections.
It’s a dangerous time to call out Big Brother. This great nation cannot punish political dissidents. It’s un-American. I am grateful for Catherine and Gregg’s work and loyalty to this country. They deserve better.
Inspired by Big Brother, here’s the definition of the week:
“Promoting free and fair elections”: Actions that will place you in prison in Biden’s America.
