Dear John, On November 11, 1918, at 11:11 AM, the Armistice that ended the First World War was signed. Today, on this 104th Anniversary, we not only commemorate that historic day but honor each of the brave men and women who have served our country and sacrificed everything to protect our uniquely American freedoms and values. Today, I ask you to join me in recognizing the courage and heroism of veterans who paused their lives so we could continue ours. To each and every veteran who has or is currently and patriotically serving our country without knowing what the cost may be, thank you. I will continue to do everything I can to ensure you receive the support you deserve. And though words will never be able to fully appreciate your sacrifices, we remain profoundly grateful and committed to remembering you and those who have gone before you. We are forever indebted.
