Thanks to everyone for taking a stand in 2019 for women at risk of and living with breast cancer! We greatly appreciate the donations we received from so many of you throughout the year and at year-end.
We also appreciate that so many of you joined us in calling out the breast cancer industry and demanding more regulatory oversight. Your action and support power our work to achieve health justice.
I want to share one recent example of the work your support makes possible. Every December, we attend the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS), the largest breast cancer conference in the world. We provide patient perspectives and bring you real-time critical updates ([link removed]) on the latest breast cancer research and treatment developments.

Our Executive Director, Karuna Jaggar, wrote regular dispatches from SABCS19 ([link removed]) that include analysis of new and developing breast cancer research, evolving approaches to care, a spotlight on the staggering cost of breast cancer treatment, and more! (Spoiler alert: this year we were the target of a bullying incident by a large genetics-testing company!)
