Team: Since our founding in 2016, we’ve run campaigns in seven states to expand Medicaid when politicians refused to roll out coverage to their constituents stuck in the coverage gap — and seven times, voters stood by our side and decisively secured their access to health care.
Now, with Tuesday night’s latest win out of South Dakota, our seven campaigns have brought Medicaid coverage to over 1 MILLION Americans!
But extremist officials in 11 states still refuse to roll out affordable health care to the working people they were elected to represent, which means our work’s not done yet, friend. We're fighting to expand Medicaid all across the country. Will you sign our pledge so that we know we have your support?

In 2016, extremist officials in 19 red and purple states still refused to roll out Medicaid. So we fought hard alongside voters to run ballot measure campaigns that would override their partisan politics, and we won.
We won in Idaho;
And then in Maine;
And then in Missouri;
In Nebraska;
And Oklahoma;
And Utah;
And NOW → this week, we won in South Dakota.
These victories mean 1,000,000 Americans now have access to lifesaving health care. But we’re not done yet. We’re fighting to close the Medicaid gap FOR GOOD.
Will you sign our pledge so that we know we have your support in this fight, friend?
