** Creativity Doesn't Age Series: Focus on Finding Work
------------------------------------------------------------

** Thursday, November 17
4 pm ET/3 pm CT/1 pm PT
------------------------------------------------------------

The world of work and meaningful connection for people over 50 is challenged by a number of factors at any time, but never as dramatically as during this pandemic era. The Career Center's Creativity Doesn't Age Speaker Series invites guest speakers who have knowledge and commitment to addressing strategies for our community to connect and engage in creative ways during these challenging times and beyond. Of course, topics highlighted by our speakers are relevant to arts professionals at all ages and stages of their lives and careers.

Damon Brown will be joined by our Job Readiness Team, Ross Berg, Employment Specialist and Matthew Wilson, Workforce Account Manager as panelists to discuss career strategies for our 50+ community. Joanne Webb, Director of The Career Center, Western Region will act as moderator for this panel.

About our Speaker

Damon Brown ([link removed]) helps side hustlers, solopreneurs and other non-traditional creatives bloom. A best-selling author and 4x TED Speaker, Damon co-founded the popular platonic connection app Cuddlr and led it to acquisition within a year, all while being primary caretaker of his infant son. He now guides others through his consulting/coaching, long-running Inc. Magazine column and #BringYourWorth ([link removed]) show every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
