John,

We still don't know? Are you kidding me? This is absolutely absurd.

Count the votes already!

As the election count drags on – STILL too close to call – one thing is for sure, the balance of power in Washington is going to be razor thin come January.

But TODAY Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden still have complete control and unbridled power. And they are promising to use it.

These last 55 days will be the most dangerous yet. At the ACLJ, our eyes are wide open, and we're prepared for anything they throw at us.

We're ready to defeat their extreme legislation, regulation, and manipulation in court. We're carefully watching the ballot counting and Georgia's Senate runoff election. We're mobilizing our office on Capitol Hill so we can rapidly respond to the political backlash and lawless overreach that is coming from President Biden.

We're already aggressively battling the Biden Deep State in federal court; and starting TODAY, we have SIX court deadlines in the next few days.

As we battle the next 55 days of danger, as Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden's Deep State cling to unbridled power, we urgently need you to take action with us.
