Abortion rights won up and down the ballot across the COUNTRY on Tuesday, John! 

In deep red Kentucky, voters rejected a constitutional amendment to ban abortion.

In Michigan, California, and Vermont voters enshrined the right to an abortion in their state’s constitution.

It couldn’t be more clear: voters proved during this year’s midterms that abortion rights are non-negotiable.

BUT control of the Senate still remains up in the air, and if Republicans win, they WILL try to pass a nationwide abortion ban.
