Friends,

On this Veterans Day, we recognize the sacrifice of the millions of men and women who have served in the United States military. These brave soldiers deserve our thanks and recognition every day of the year, but it is especially important we set aside today to pause and reflect upon their service to our great nation.

Since the Revolutionary War, the United States has fought against tyranny, communism, and terror, and each of those wars reminded us that our freedoms cannot be taken for granted. The veterans of the U.S. military put their lives on the line so those freedoms will be enjoyed by the next generation of Americans.

While we honor our nation’s veterans, let us also say a prayer for those currently in uniform, whether they are stationed here at home or deployed abroad. 

Thank you to every member of our armed forces, both past and present. Happy Veterans Day.
