John,
Today is Remembrance Day. At 11 o'clock, we will take a moment of silence to remember the Canadians who fought and died in the wars and conflicts our country has been a part of.
It is an unfortunate flaw of humanity that we must go to war and fight with each other. The reasons and justifications are plentiful, but the result is never pleasant.
In Canada’s history, we have fought many wars for many different reasons. From the War of 1812 to the World Wars to the War in Afghanistan, Canada has been there.
On this day, we remember those Canadians who were on the battlefields.
Their bravery. Their sacrifice.
It is crucial that we endeavour to not only remember, but understand our history.
If not, we are doomed to repeat it.
Canadians who have fought and died are everyday people. Our fathers, brothers, and sons. Our mothers, sisters, and daughters.
They courageously answered the call to defend our country and our values but were perhaps unaware that they were sometimes fighting for globalist elites who did not have the interests of our country at heart.
Today, Russia is at war with Ukraine. We hear daily from the government, the media, and commentators that Canada must support Ukraine against Russia because of vague reasons such as “protecting democracy” in that country.
John, we must remain on guard against old-fashioned war propaganda. Otherwise, Canadians may end up dying for a false cause.
The entire political establishment is filled with warmongering globalists obsessed with endless wars in foreign countries.
There is no opposition in the House of Commons.
The PPC is the only party that stands for peace and diplomacy.
The only party that wants to see our resources invested in Canada, instead of backing a war that has nothing to do with us.
I hope you take some time today to reflect on our history, and to have a thought for those who gave everything for this country.
