I want to take a moment to say thank you, team.

Because of your support, we were able to stop the so-called “red wave” we’d all been hearing about. Things are still close in races all across the country, but we have reason for hope and more work to do.

We took a tough loss in Virginia, but we need to take a moment and celebrate our wins. In Virginia’s 7th Congressional District, you sent Abigail Spanberger back to Congress, and in the 10th District you reelected Jennifer Wexton. Thanks to you, we kept these critical districts blue – so Reps. Spanberger and Wexton can keep on fighting for Virginia in the House.

We also secured huge wins in the Senate, helping John Fetterman flip Pennsylvania’s Senate seat and holding on to Maggie Hassan’s seat in New Hampshire. I sent you a lot of emails over the past year asking you to step up and help win these crucial races, and the response was tremendous. These victories would not have been possible without your constant support and contributions.

But votes are still being counted in states that will determine Senate control.

In Arizona and Nevada, Mark Kelly and Catherine Cortez Masto are fighting to make sure every vote is counted. And in Georgia, Raphael Warnock’s must-win Senate race is going to a runoff next month. These are just a preview of the battles coming our way and I’ll be in touch with ways you can help in these races that will determine control of the Senate.

So I want to thank you again for everything you have done this election cycle, for Democrats in these key races, and for our country. I’ve always been able to count on you to elect Democratic champions around the country so we can keep fighting for progress.
