It is my honor to accept another term in the United States House of Representatives to serve Connecticut’s 1st Congressional District.

To everyone who supported this campaign, thank you — your donations, volunteer support, and dedication to our shared Democratic values helped us secure this victory. To the voters, my campaign staff, and my family — I could not have done this without you.

I am deeply humbled by your confidence in me. My highest priority has been and always will be serving you, the voters of CT-01, and your loved ones. I’m ready to get to work and deliver for Connecticut and working families across the country.

In this new Congress, it’s critical we build on the progress we’ve made to address the needs of everyday Americans. We must protect and expand Social Security and Medicare, continue the fight against inflation by lowering costs for families, and build a government that works for all of us, not just the rich.

While we celebrate this Democratic win for CT-01, we must also address the challenges ahead. We cannot let extremism prevail — it’s time to work together to defend our democracy, standing as the firewall against Republican extremism.
