Dear neighbor,
I am incredibly thankful to the residents of Los Angeles County who continue to trust me as their representative in Congress. Serving my constituents in the House of Representatives is the honor of my lifetime. Each day, I am immensely proud to represent our beautiful, vibrant community and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to carry that honor forward in the 118th Congress.
As you may know, I began my career serving our country as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force. I’ve been reflecting on my experience in the service and how it continues to impact my life today. With Veterans Day coming up, I hope you’ll join me in taking the time to thank the brave men and women who’ve served our country in uniform. Each day, we are endlessly inspired by their courage, selflessness, and patriotism.
In honor of Veterans Day, I will be hosting a virtual event this Sunday, November 13th at 2:00 PM PST. We’ll be hearing from veterans and military families about what their service means to them. I hope you’ll join us for this important event honoring our nation’s heroes. To register for the Zoom webinar, please click here.
