State School Board Takes Final Vote to Protect History from CRT, Leftists Plan to Derail Meeting. Act Now!

Please email the board members and tell them to stand strong in avoiding last minute amendments and changes to the current Social Studies TEKS. Remind them that their duty is to only align the Social Studies TEKS with Senator Bryan Hughes’ bill, SB 3. Tell them that you do not want amendments or changes that cater to ideologies that are anti-America, anti- Texas, or anti- religious liberty. You can email the SBOE at [email protected].

The SBOE will also be hearing public testimony on the Social Studies alignment with SB 3 on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 9 a.m. You can sign up to testify beginning Thursday, Nov. 10, at 8 a.m. and you have until Friday, Nov. 11, 5 p.m. to register.

The final vote will be taken Friday, Nov. 18.

Victory! Court Ruling Halts Radical Biden Administration Gender Identity Rules!

Recently a federal district court ruled that the Biden Administration’s implementation of rules requiring bathroom, locker room, shower, and pronoun usage based on gender identity violates Title VII and federal agencies’ own requirements.

Jonathan Saenz, attorney and President for Texas Values stated the following regarding this decision:
“The Biden Administration’s attempts to coerce woke gender ideology on Texas employees and Texas children failed once again. In its eagerness to mandate extreme political views, the federal government is becoming famous for misreading and misapplying the law.
