Hi folks, it’s Susie.

I know it’s been a long 48 hours for all of us but I want to take this time to thank you for your support throughout this entire campaign, and give you an update on my House race here in Nevada’s Third District.

First thing’s first: This race has yet to be called.

I’ve always said that this race was going to be one of the closest and most competitive in the country, and that’s what the results so far are showing. With that said, my team and I are feeling good about where we’re headed as each day passes and new returns come in.

This is democracy in action and I am immensely grateful for the election workers who, just like in previous elections, have been a cornerstone of accurate election tallying.

But this brings me to my second point: My campaign used every last dollar in our funds to run this race down to the wire.

Now, as we wait for results to continue to be reported, we have to press on. So we’re setting an emergency fundraising goal of $30,000 to ensure that every vote is counted.
