Dear AFGE Activist,
AFGE B.L.A.C.K. (Black Leaders Advancing Change and Knowledge) was established in 2021 by AFGE’s Women’s and Fair Practices Departments in an effort to build a stronger voice for AFGE’s Black/African American identifying members within the workplace, the community, and our union.
Fill out our AFGE B.L.A.C.K. survey now!
With our collective voice, we strive to improve working conditions for Black/African American identifying members, better address the issues that impact our families and underrepresented communities more broadly, and to build a more inclusive AFGE that represents and celebrates all of our members.
For AFGE B.L.A.C.K. to live up to our mission, we need to hear directly from you. Please take a few minutes to share your experiences and perspective with AFGE B.L.A.C.K. by filling out this survey. Your responses will help us better understand the realities that our Black/African American identifying members face and provide us with direct insight on how AFGE can better serve as an advocate in the pursuit of justice and equality for all AFGE Members.
In Solidarity,
AFGE B.L.A.C.K. Constituency Group Leadership
