Assistant Director for Institutional Partnerships: We are looking for a candidate with at least four years of experience writing foundation grants and/or reports for nonprofits. Program Assistant for the Cuba and Drug Policy Programs: This entry-level role will act as an assistant and provide administrative support to two directors and programs. This individual will work on program management and congressional strategy with our Cuba program and will focus on event planning logistics and research for our Drug Policy program. Program Assistant for the Colombia and Brazil Program: This entry-level role will act as an assistant and provide administrative support to one director. They will frequently plan in-person meetings and delegations in Washington D.C. from Latin America, as well as provide general administrative support with event planning, booking of travel, and calendar management.
