John, I’m so proud!

I wanted to give you an update on all of the candidates that we supported this cycle!

The hard work and dedication of progressives fighters in North Carolina and all across the country led to momentous victories.

Congratulations to our progressive North Carolina champions Rep. Marcia Morey (HD-30) and Diamond Staton-Williams (HD-73). Diamond, who won her race by a tiny margin, will uphold Gov. Cooper’s veto power, protecting abortion rights in North Carolina.

Congratulations to Summer Lee (PA-12) and Attorney General Keith Ellison, both of whom faced tough competitive races but came out victorious, showcasing the strength of our progressive values.

Congratulations to Ruwa Roman (GA HD-97), Farooq Mughal (GA HD-105), and Nabilah Islam (GA SD-07), our incredible Georgia Muslim Democrats who won in key swing districts, making HISTORY!

I’m so happy we could be a small part of their successes, proving the power of our grassroots movement.

This is why grassroots donations from everyday people are so important because with these resources, we can help progressives and candidates of color win big, all across the country!

But we’re still fighting an uphill battle, John. Even with all of our victories, Election Night held some tough calls.

Thank you to Rep. Ricky Hurtado (HD-63) and Carla Catalán Day (HD-74) for running amazing hard fought campaigns. They will continue to stand for our communities and we’ll stand with them for whatever lies ahead.

And thank you, John, for standing beside us as we supported strong progressives all across North Carolina, the South, and across the country. I’m humbled to have built a team of Democrats who are committed to protecting progressive values.
