In New York, the neighborhoods that are most vulnerable to extreme heat, low air-quality, and high rates of asthma are predominantly low-income people of color. But three years after we helped pass New York’s landmark climate law, New York state still isn’t doing enough to fund renewable energy careers and healthy communities. This year we’re fighting to change that!

Funding for our green future means building infrastructure for cleaner air and water. It also means creating pathways for New Yorkers to career, green jobs and a renewable energy future. Will you join us to fight for green union jobs?

At the NYC campaign launch, we will envision a future that is more liveable and healthy not just for the few, but for the many! This will be the start of a truly special campaign. Can you be there from the start and join us at Union Square on November 16th for the Climate, Jobs, and Justice campaign launch?

In solidarity,
