Keep Calm and Count Every Vote
------------------------------------------------------------
In America, voters, not politicians, decide who wins elections. We can only know the winner after every vote is counted.

So far, we’ve seen some impressive wins and some crushing defeats in Tuesday’s midterm elections… but many of the results are tentative. These are early returns, not final results. Big leads will probably hold up, but in tighter races, we can expect the end results to look very different from those we saw Tuesday night. Keep calm and wait for all the votes to be counted.

Read more—including some historical perspective about the blue mirage of old—in our blog post, “Keep Calm and Count All the Votes ([link removed]) .”

Ballot curing: help fellow voters get their ballots counted
------------------------------------------------------------
All revved up from GOTV work and want to continue saving democracy? Well, relatively minor voter errors often lead to ballots being rejected. About half the states have a process in place called “ballot curing” that allows voters to fix errors on their mail-in ballots. Join Field Team 6 to call voters ([link removed]) in those states who need help exercising their right to cure their ballots.

What’s next? Runoffs
------------------------------------------------------------
We know that at least one election, the Senate race in Georgia, is headed for a runoff. That election will be held on December 6—which gives us just under four weeks to get out the vote again. Look for more Pints & Postcards, and other GOTV opportunities on our Vote ([link removed]) page, to help secure this critical Senate seat!
