First, I would like to thank the people in Virginia’s 11th Congressional District for once again entrusting me to represent them in Congress. I couldn't do this without having friends like you at my back. Whether you knocked doors, contributed, put up a yard sign, or handed out a sample ballot I want to thank you for helping our campaign.  

 

As we wait for election results to be finalized across the country, it's clear Democrats are on pace for one of the best midterm elections in modern history. No matter which party controls the House, I will not waver in my commitment to the people of Fairfax to fight for our values and our families in Congress. I am humbled that you have placed the responsibility with me once again.

I will have more to say as election results are finalized over the next few days. Again, I thank you for your support throughout our re-election campaign and implore you to keep the faith in our electoral process and our Democracy.
