Tuesday was another election for the books. And whether their campaigns ended in victory or defeat, we are inspired by every New Politics candidate who stepped into the arena and once again answered their country’s call to service.

Meanwhile, we are already preparing for 2023 and beyond. We run a lot of programs simultaneously at New Politics. Today, I want to talk to you about Serve Lead Unite.

I’m so excited about this program because it speaks to the heart of what we do at New Politics: focus on recruiting candidates who will build and foster a network of talent that will allow New Politics to scale its impact in 2024 and beyond.

Serve Lead Unite is building on its success this cycle, so expect to hear more about it in the months to come. The program is a series of touchpoints and panel discussions to help potential leaders and candidates continue their journey to serve — but this time bringing their love and dedication to the community to political spaces.

When we started Serve Lead Unite, we aimed to start and foster a network of talent among servant leaders who are brave enough to put their county and community first. We sought candidates running in the 2022 midterms and it's wild to think that so many of those candidates are now facing elections in a few short weeks!
