Dear John,

North Texans too often get caught up in the red tape of our federal agencies, which can be difficult, time-consuming and frustrating.

One of the most important parts of my job representing you in the 32nd District of Texas is helping you with any issues you may have with those federal agencies. It's my job to be your advocate and ensure that our government is working for you.

Whether it’s your Medicare, Veterans’ benefits, getting your passport for your trip, figuring out your federal student loans, getting a small business loan, mail service, or any other issues with federal agencies, my office is here to help you navigate these bureaucracies.

Over the past six months I’ve helped many North Texans, like Barbara, a high school guidance counselor from Richardson. Earlier this year, she faced some delays in getting her tax refund and turned to my office for help. We were able to get Barbara the tax refund she was owed and you can learn more about her story here.
