John,

Before I say anything else, I want to say thank you. 

Over the past few months, you have done incredible work to support Senate Democrats across the state. Whether you volunteered your time, donated money, or cast your vote for your local Senate Democrat, your work made a huge difference for our communities. 

Despite last night’s disappointments, I’m proud of our frontline candidates — five working moms who fought harder than ever to represent their communities. 

There’s no sugarcoating it, John — we have a tough road ahead of us. 

But we can’t give up. 

The most important thing we can do to keep pushing our state in a better direction is to recommit ourselves to standing together and fighting for ALL Floridians — for our basic rights, for a just economy, and for a state that puts working families first. 

I’m ready to continue leading the fight for a woman’s right to choose, for a fair economy, and for our freedoms. And today, I’m asking you to join me. 

This team has already done so much to move our state forward, and I know that, together, we can still win the fight for Florida’s future.
