2022 was the year that voters from across party lines came together and used ballot measures to decisively pass progressive policies that will better the lives of millions of people in America.

Team: All I can say is wow.

I think it’s safe to say last night’s results weren’t what anyone had expected. And while the control of Congress is yet to be decided, one thing is certain: 2022 was the year that voters from across party lines came together and used ballot measures to decisively pass progressive policies that will better the lives of millions of people in America.

Because that’s what we do. When politicians are stuck in gridlock or ignore the needs of their constituents, Fairness Project is here to fight alongside voters and win the change they need. And that’s exactly what we did.

Voters in Arizona overwhelmingly came together to protect their homes and cars from predatory medical debt traps.
Voters in Nebraska came together to raise the minimum wage to a life-changing $15/hr.
Voters in South Dakota came together to help the 40,000 state residents without coverage gain access to Medicaid.
And voters in Michigan and Vermont made history by winning the first-ever ballot measures to restore the protections of Roe v. Wade and protect their reproductive rights for good.

We are SO proud of each of these campaigns and grateful to our bones for the hardworking volunteers, staff, and supporters like you, friend, who helped make each of these victories possible.

When polls opened yesterday, we had 24 campaign victories under our belt. Now, our winning track record is up to 30 campaigns, putting billions into the pockets of workers, expanding health care to over 1 MILLION Americans, and improving the lives of millions more.

This would not have been possible without the help of supporters like you.

Thank you, friend. And onwards to the fights ahead in 2023, 2024, and beyond!
