My friend, I want to start off 2020 by saying thank you. Because of your support, we not only met our end-of-year budget targets, we exceeded them. We had a big year in 2019, filled with new beginnings and transitions, both in office and in our new marriage — our kiddo even learned to ride a bike without training wheels!

I’m proud of what we accomplished together this year. Despite intense partisan opposition, we secured a budget deal that protects 1.2 million Minnesotans, including 600,000 children, from losing their health care and invests in children and families.

2020 will be filled with challenges and opportunities, but we know we can do great things if we work together as One Minnesota.
