Thank you so much for your support in this election. I'm grateful to the people of Rhode Island for sending me back to Congress and once again placing their trust in me to advocate for the needs of our state. Serving Rhode Islanders in the Congress of the United States has been the greatest honor of my life. I will continue to honor your confidence in me by working hard every day to address the critical challenges facing Rhode Island families.

I also want to congratulate my friend, Seth Magaziner on his victory in RI-02! He ran in a tough race, but he stayed focused on the real issues. I look forward to working with him in Congress on behalf of all Rhode Islanders.

While it's still not clear which party will control the House or Senate, I'm proud of Democrats for running strong campaigns around the country this cycle. Midterms can be challenging, and we're holding our own. Whatever happens, I remain committed to doing everything I can to protect our rights and continue making progress on the issues that matter.

Grassroots supporters are vital to any successful campaign, so I want to thank you again for all that you've done to power crucial fights to reduce gun violence, protect abortion access, LGBTQ+ rights, voting rights, and more. I also want to thank my supporters in organized labor who made sure the voices of working people were heard in this election.
