Last night we won re-election with 60% of the vote. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did to make our victory possible.

The turnout yesterday in Arlington was greater than 85,000 votes, an inspiring number in an election where there was no Presidential, Senate, Gubernatorial or heavily contested Congressional election on the ballot.
There will be other days to think about that number and the future in detail. Today, I am so thankful for what you have done. I promise you I will work my heart out over the next four years to be worthy of your support and true to our shared values.
