I just wanted to say thank you with a personal video message.

A lot of hard work went into 2019 -- and as we head into the new year, I hope you all take a moment to count your blessings, and kiss and hug your family and friends.

We know that 2020 is going to be even more work, so let's steady ourselves with the convictions of our hearts and fortify our spirits with love.
