Today, WE – the American people – head to the polls to exercise our most fundamental democratic right: the right to vote.

Once again, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support during my race for re-election. It’s the honor of my life to represent the people of Connecticut in the U.S. Senate.

I’m proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish together, but there’s still so much more work left to do. I know we can win this race and elect Democrats up and down the ballot today – as long as our supporters turn out and vote.

So if you haven’t had a chance to cast your ballot yet, please – for our state, for our country, for our democracy – get out there and make your voice heard. And encourage your friends and family to do the same.
