We are also proud to announce Jack Petocz as the final Kay Family Award Honoree at ADL In Concert Against Hate on November 14th. Jack is an 18-year-old student activist from Flagler County, Florida. He is known for organizing nationwide walkouts in opposition to the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, drawing thousands of peaceful student protesters. Jack is the founder and executive director of his own activism organization, Recall FCSB, which encourages students to act upon bigotry rampant within his local school board.
Join us on November 14th as we return to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to honor heroes like Zander and Jack.
This in-person night of music, community and celebration will feature performances by the internationally renowned National Symphony Orchestra and acclaimed stars. Storytelling and song will guide you through the evening as we celebrate real-life heroes and their extraordinary acts of courage and compassion in the face of bigotry and hate.
Visit concertagainsthate.org for more information and to purchase tickets. Ticket sales end this Friday, November 11!
