=E2=80=9CAlthough I know most of the world celebrates the New Year with us =
today, I think this holiday is an especially American tradition. Most of us=
are at home or with our families this morning, getting ready to watch the =
splendor of parades and excitement of football. Later our families will gat=
her around the dinner table, and we'll pray for guidance and strength in th=
e New Year. Today we take a short and well-earned break from the building a=
nd industry and enterprise that make our country strong. We pause to reflec=
t on the values of God and family and freedom that make us great.=E2=80=9D

Happy New Year to you and your family! I couldn=E2=80=99t agree more with P=
resident Reagan=E2=80=99s remarks above; the new year is a time to reflect =
and plan, and it is also a time to pray for guidance and strength in the ne=
w year.
I=E2=80=99m not going to lie =E2=80=93 this is going to be a trying year fo=
r our country. From impeachment to the election to the radical left=E2=80=
=99s sometimes-violent actions, we have our work cut out for us. So, as you=
reflect and pray this New Year=E2=80=99s Day, I invite you to think of thi=
s verse from the Bible, =E2=80=9Cdo not be anxious about anything, but in e=
verything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be=
made known to God=E2=80=9D (Philippians 4:6 ESV).
We must work hard, stay focused, and fight, but we cannot allow this muck t=
o bring us down. I again think of President Reagan and his call to be =E2=
=80=9Chappy warriors.=E2=80=9D That=E2=80=99s really what he was talking ab=
out, wasn=E2=80=99t it?
So, let us be happy warriors, not anxious about anything, making our thanks=
and requests known to God as we pray for our country. And, whatever 2020 b=
rings, I am truly excited to start this new year alongside you. Please know=
that the Tea Party Patriots support team will be here throughout 2020 to i=
nform you, support you, and stand by you as we face any challenges that eme=

Happy New Year to you and your family! I couldn’t agree more with President Reagan’s remarks above; the new year is a time to reflect and plan, and it is also a time to pray for guidance and strength in the new year.
I’m not going to lie – this is going to be a trying year for our country. From impeachment to the election to the radical left’s sometimes-violent actions, we have our work cut out for us. So, as you reflect and pray this New Year’s Day, I invite you to think of this verse from the Bible, “do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God” (Philippians 4:6 ESV).
We must work hard, stay focused, and fight, but we cannot allow this muck to bring us down. I again think of President Reagan and his call to be “happy warriors.” That’s really what he was talking about, wasn’t it?
So, let us be happy warriors, not anxious about anything, making our thanks and requests known to God as we pray for our country. And, whatever 2020 brings, I am truly excited to start this new year alongside you. Happy New Year to you and your family! I couldn’t agree more with President Reagan’s remarks above; the new year is a time to reflect and plan, and it is also a time to pray for guidance and strength in the new year.
I’m not going to lie – this is going to be a trying year for our country. From impeachment to the election to the radical left’s sometimes-violent actions, we have our work cut out for us. So, as you reflect and pray this New Year’s Day, I invite you to think of this verse from the Bible, “do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God” (Philippians 4:6 ESV).
We must work hard, stay focused, and fight, but we cannot allow this muck to bring us down. I again think of President Reagan and his call to be “happy warriors.” That’s really what he was talking about, wasn’t it?
So, let us be happy warriors, not anxious about anything, making our thanks and requests known to God as we pray for our country. And, whatever 2020 brings, I am truly excited to start this new year alongside you.
