The beginning of a new year holds a lot of promise, and this year, we have a historic opportunity to reclaim our democracy.

At Stand Up America, we're gearing up for two huge organizing efforts: the upcoming Senate impeachment trial and the 2020 election. We have our work cut out for us, and we'll need every dedicated activist to join in the fight.

Our community made over 200,000 calls in 2019 demanding Trump's impeachment, and we've already made over 30,000 calls urging the Senate to remove him.

Why?

Because the future of our democracy depends on it.

And if the Senate refuses to stand up for our democracy and remove him for his abuses of power, then the American people have to do it at the ballot box in November.

That's why my New Year's resolution is to remove Trump from office -- one way or another.
