Folks, the day has finally come!
Today is the day when text messages, phone calls, campaign mailers clogging up your mailbox, door bell ringers, door knockers, digital-TV-radio-newspaper-ads, and hair-on-fire emails stop.
Soon the street corner signs will be removed.
Oh yeah, and it’s election day.

The initial unofficial results for the November 8, 2022 Council Election will be released online by Maricopa County at 8 p.m. on Election Day, November 8, 2022. These results will include early ballots processed by the County up until that time.
TO SEE THE RESULTS AS SOON AS THEY ARE RELEASED ON THE COUNTY WEB SITE GO TO:
If you're following election results as they come in tonight, what you see may not be what you get once the votes are all counted. Read the Axios Phoenix article for a comprehensive look on how ballots are counted.
The long and short of it – the winner tonight may not be the winner when ALL the legitimate ballots are counted. We will have the final count in a week or so.
I will pass the time as we wait together for the final count doing the following: clean my house, wash my car, have lunch with family and friends, walk the dogs, work, update you with emails or I may not do anything and nap.
Thank you for joining me on this journey and I’ll keep you updated!
P.S. If you haven't voted and live in Phoenix City Council District 6 - you can still vote for me until 7pm.
Please share this email with your family, neighbors, and friends!
