It’s finally Election Day. Millions of people across the country are casting their ballots (if they haven’t already!) and making their voices heard. It’s the culmination of months of work from voters, organizers, election protectors, and people like you.
Let’s take a deep breath. Just one moment of pause in a busy day, week, and year. We made it here, together.
Now exhale. At Bend the Arc, our focus today is making sure everyone is able to exercise their freedom to vote.
Here’s some key voting information — and one more opportunity to help others cast their ballot before the polls close!

- An important reminder: This evening, some results will be announced quickly, but others may take hours, days, or weeks as mail-in ballots are tallied. This is a normal part of our democratic process. Use and follow the #CountEveryVote hashtag online to combat any attempts to silence votes or spread disinformation.
Before results roll in tonight and over the coming days, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the work we’ve done together this election season.
Throughout the 2022 elections, we exercised our power in our communities and at polling booths. We joined together with our neighbors to protect our freedoms and combat the machinery of division. We’re electing new leaders who represent the promise and future of multiracial democracy.
It’s our tradition as American Jews: everywhere we see injustice, we rise up to fight it.
So no matter what happens after voting ends tonight, Bend the Arc will be here with you, leading a Jewish movement to build the world to come — a country with safety, freedom, and thriving for all of us.
