Jim Roosevelt, FDR’s grandson, says: "Social Security was the single greatest achievement of my grandfather, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. In this election, Social Security and Medicare are at risk. This is different from any election in my adult life."

Maura Roosevelt, FDR’s great-granddaughter, drives it home: "The vulnerability of Social Security has certainly become more of a reality in the repeal of Roe v. Wade. We thought that it would always be a protection for us and it turned out to not be. This should really be a wake up call, that we need to get out there and vote."
